1 Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By registering, accessing, or using the m99m platform in any way, you hereby agree to be bound by all terms and conditions contained in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are required to cease using our platform immediately.

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member") and m99m ("Platform" or "We"). This document is to be read together with Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy ours, all of which together form the complete agreement between you and m99m.

Your continued use of this platform following any amendments to these Terms and Conditions constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review this document periodically to ensure you are always aware of the latest applicable terms.

2 Membership Eligibility

To register and use m99m services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• You are at least 18 years old at the time of registration.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as a representative, agent, or trustee of any other party.
• You are not an employee of m99m, its affiliates, business partners, software providers, or any individual directly associated with the operation of the platform.
• You do not reside in any territory or country where the use of online casino services is prohibited or restricted by local law.
• You are not listed as an individual who has opted into self-exclusion from any responsible gambling program.
• You are registering of your own free will and not under any form of coercion or pressure from any party.

M99m reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof will result in account suspension or closure. We also reserve the right to reject membership applications without providing any reason.

3 Registration & Account Management

The m99m account registration process is simple and quick, but it is subject to several important conditions that you must comply with throughout your membership.

One Account Per Individual

Each individual is only permitted to own and operate one (1) active account at any one time. Registering a second or multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment information — constitutes a serious breach of these terms. m99m reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any outstanding balances or winnings.

Accuracy of Information

You are fully responsible for ensuring that all information submitted during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date. This includes your full name, date of birth, address, phone number, and bank account details. Inaccurate information may cause delays in withdrawal processing and KYC verification.

Password Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. m99m will never ask for your password via email, WhatsApp, or any other communication channel. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorization, contact our support team immediately.

KYC Verification

A Know Your Customer (KYC) process is required before any withdrawal is permitted. Accepted documents include a Malaysian identity card (MyKad), passport, or other government-issued identification. Verification is typically completed within 24–48 business hours.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal of Funds

M99m supports a variety of popular and trusted payment methods in Malaysia to facilitate your deposit and withdrawal transactions.

Payment Methods

Accepted methods include online bank transfers via FPX for all major Malaysian banks (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, Hong Leong Bank, AmBank, and others), as well as local e-wallets. Deposits are processed instantly upon confirmation received from the bank.

Deposit & Withdrawal Limits

The minimum and maximum limits for deposits and withdrawals are as follows:

• Minimum deposit: RM 10 per transaction
• Minimum withdrawal: RM 30 per request
• Maximum daily withdrawal: Depending on the member's VIP tier

Withdrawal Processing Time

Approved withdrawal requests will be processed within 24 hours. This timeframe excludes processing time from the bank or payment provider, which may take additional time depending on the policies of the respective financial institution. Withdrawals for VIP Elite members are processed with priority and are typically completed within 4–6 hours.

Withdrawal Terms

• Full KYC verification is mandatory before your first withdrawal.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a bank account registered under the same member's name.
• Any bonus received must meet the specified rollover requirements before the associated wins can be withdrawn.
• M99m reserves the right to request additional documents for withdrawal transactions exceeding certain limits as a fraud prevention measure.

5 Bonuses, Promotions & Loyalty Program

M99m offers a wide range of exciting bonuses and promotions for new and existing members. All promotional offers are subject to specific terms stated on our Promotions page. General terms applicable to all bonuses are as follows:

Bonus Eligibility

The welcome bonus is only eligible for new members who register and make their first deposit. Each member is entitled to claim the welcome bonus once only. Attempts to claim the welcome bonus more than once through multiple accounts will result in bonus forfeiture and account closure.

Rollover Requirement (Wagering)

All bonuses are subject to rollover requirements (wagering requirements) before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn. Rollover requirements are typically expressed in formats such as "x20" or "x30", meaning the bonus amount must be wagered 20 or 30 times before a withdrawal is permitted. Bonus Validity Period

Every bonus has a limited validity period. Unused bonuses or unfulfilled rollover requirements within the specified period will expire and be automatically forfeited without any compensation.

M99m VIP Program

The m99m VIP Program consists of five tiers — Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond, and Elite. Level progression is based on cumulative wagering amounts within a specified period. Each tier unlocks additional benefits including higher cashback rates, increased withdrawal limits, and access to a dedicated personal account manager.

6 Game Rules & Platform Usage

All games available on the m99m platform use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology certified by independent testing bodies. This ensures that every game outcome is entirely random and cannot be manipulated by any party.

Finality of Game Results

The result of every completed game is final and cannot be disputed or amended. In the event of a technical disruption during an active game, m99m will resolve any disputes based on server logs stored in our system. Our server records are the definitive and binding source of evidence.

Prohibition of Automated Software

The use of bots, automated software, scripts, or any tools designed to exploit or manipulate the gaming system is strictly prohibited. Violation of this rule will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds in the account.

Technical Disruption

M99m is not responsible for any losses arising from internet disruptions on the user's end, personal device failures, or circumstances beyond our control (force majeure). However, we are committed to resolving any technical issues on the platform's end promptly and fairly.

7 Member Conduct & Prohibited Actions

All m99m members are expected to conduct themselves with courtesy and responsibility while using our platform. The following actions are strictly prohibited:

• Using offensive, abusive, or threatening language toward staff or other members through the platform's communication channels.
• Attempting to hack, breach, or disrupt m99m systems or servers in any way.
• Sharing your account login credentials with others or allowing another person to use your account.
• Committing any form of fraud, including the use of stolen credit cards or payment information.
• Using a VPN or proxy to conceal your actual location in order to bypass regional restrictions.
• Engaging in money laundering or using the platform for any illegal activity.
• Exploiting any bugs or technical vulnerabilities in the system for unfair advantage.

Any violation of the above prohibitions may result in immediate action, including account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances and wins, and reporting to the relevant authorities where necessary.

8 Account Closure & Suspension

A member's account may be closed or suspended for various reasons, either at the member's own request or at the discretion of m99m.

Voluntary Closure

You have the right to close your account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Before the closure is processed, any remaining balance in your account will be refunded after deducting any active bonuses that have not yet met the rollover requirements.

Closure by m99m

M99m reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• False or misleading information was found in the member profile.
• Fraudulent activity or attempted fraud detected.
• Requests from law enforcement authorities.
• Use of the account for illegal activities or money laundering.

Self-Exclusion

Members who wish to take a break from gambling activities may use the self-exclusion feature available on the platform. The self-exclusion period can be set for a short term (24 hours to 30 days) or permanently. During an active self-exclusion period, you will be unable to access any games on the platform.

9 Privacy & Data Protection

M99m shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses suffered by members arising from the use of this platform, including but not limited to financial losses due to game outcomes, technical disruptions, or unauthorized access to a member's account caused by the member's own negligence.
