Security Tips Your m99m Account

Account security is a shared responsibility. Here are some best practices recommended by the m99m team to keep your account safe at all times:

• Use a strong password — a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols with a minimum length of 8 characters.
• Never share your password with anyone, including the m99m support team.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for an added layer of security.
• Avoid logging in from public Wi-Fi networks that are unsecured.
• Always log out after you finish playing, especially on shared devices.
• Check login history regularly via your account settings to detect any suspicious activity.

Login Issues? Quick Solutions

If you encounter issues when trying to log in, here are some common causes and how to resolve them:

• Password not accepted — Make sure Caps Lock is off. Try resetting your password if needed.
• Account temporarily locked — This happens after several consecutive failed login attempts. Wait 15 minutes or contact support.
• Not receiving the verification email — Check your spam or junk folder. If it's still missing, contact customer support.
• Website unavailable — Try clearing your browser cache or using incognito mode. Make sure your internet connection is stable.
• Account not recognised — Double-check your email or username spelling. You may have registered with a different email.
